My Baby is formula fed. What should the poop look like?
The poop should look like strained peas. Formula poop tends to be a little greener than poop of baby that is breast fed. Be aware that any shade of yellow, brown or green is also Ok. Formula poop is also a little thicker than breast milk poop. The reason for this is that it takes a little more time to be digested by the baby. Due to the additional time it takes for digestion more water is absorbed from the food before it turns into poop.
