Most women want to lose weight after baby is born. But life is keeping them busy and there are certainly other priorities after you have given birth to a cute bundle of joy. There are also short days with not much sleep after the baby is born. After all – every 3-4 hours your baby wants to be fed. There is not much room for rest or sleep accordingly.
